BOOKING INFORMATION :
CHECK IN - Open 15:00 to 19:00 (arrivals later than 19:00 must advise reception at least 24 hours in advance)
CHECK OUT - by 12:00 midday
PLEASE NOTE:
We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests under 16
years of age or pets, other than guide dogs.
DEPOSIT - A minimum deposit of 1 night's stay or 50% of total stay (whichever is greater)
is payable to secure your booking, with any balance due on departure. However, the full amount of your stay is required at time of booking if your arrival date is within 7 days. We
have a minimum 2 night stay between 1st June - 30th September and at weekends throughout the year, with 3 night minimum stay on Bank Holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday or Monday). Please note: The above policy does not apply to bookings made in conjuction with any special offers. These bookings require the total amount of stay to be paid at time of reservation.
We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
A booking confirmation
will be sent to you by e-mail once your booking has been
processed.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY - All prices quoted are per room and not per person.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a single occupancy reduction during high
season between 1st April and 31st October. We apologise for any inconvenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY - If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking we
offer a full refund up to 21 days before your arrival date. However, if the
cancellation is within 21 days and we are unable to re-book your room, your
deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival then the
full price of your stay will be charged, but only for the nights we are unable to
re-book your room.
